The Tacklebox has been in business since 1983. We stock the best carp fishing tackle and equipment available from the industries top brands and we complement that with seeking out products from outside the fishing tackle industry giving you that little surprise of discovering something different in our store. We are also well known in the specialist world for stocking tackle for the pursuit of species such as barbel, bream, tench and the predators.

We have 4000 sq ft of retail space, which is packed to the rafters (literally) with stock, so over the years we have become known as the fishing tackle industry’s ‘Aladdin’s cave’. We regularly have visitors from all over the UK and Europe. We run a thriving mail order business and are happy to send orders to anywhere in the world (following the necessary payment security checks etc and current shipping regulations in place).
